Recruitment Of The ‘cartier Lings Surging Female Entrepreneur Awards’ In 2019 Starts To Pay Tribute To Global Female Entrepreneurs And Praise The Pioneering And Innovative Spirit

The ‘Cartier Lings Surging Female Entrepreneur Awards 2019’ formally opened for recruitment on June 11, 2018. The Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards were jointly created by Cartier, INSEAD, and McKinsey & Company in 2006. The awards are designed to support profitable startups that are female-led, creative, sustainable and socially responsible, and financially sound. This international competition continues to contribute to global economic development through the selection of female entrepreneurs who are determined to forge ahead and propose more efficient and low-cost solutions for the future, while encouraging more women to realize their full potential.

  For more than a decade, the Cartier Lingshui Women Entrepreneur Award has been dedicated to encouraging and supporting outstanding women who are innovative and have contributed to exploring the future development of humankind. The application period for the 2019 ‘Cartier Lings Surging Female Entrepreneur Award’ is from 20:00 on June 11, 2018 to 20:00 on August 31, 2018.

  Division increased to seven divisions
  In order to further expand the influence of the awards, the ‘Cartier Lings Surging Female Entrepreneur Awards’ has now been extended to seven competition areas. This year, the Asia-Pacific region will be divided into two regions: the Far East and Southeast Asia. The list of 21 finalists representing the 7 regions (Latin America, North America, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa, Far East and Southeast Asia) will be announced in February 2019. At the same time, the 2019 ‘Cartier Lingsong ‘Women’s Entrepreneurs Awards’ finals week and contest award ceremony.
  The seven finalists will each receive a $ 100,000 prize, and the 14 finalists will each receive a $ 30,000 prize. These contestants will also receive personalized business guidance, media support, communication network development and participation in the British Entrepreneurship Social Entrepreneurship Training Program (ISEP).

  The ‘Cartier Lingshuang Surge Female Entrepreneur Award’ was established in 2006. It is an innovative start-up company that is oriented to women around the world, for the purpose of profit, regardless of nationality and industry, and creates a strong social influence. Since its inception, more than 16,000 women from all over the world have applied for the award, and 198 companies in 49 countries have received support from nearly 400 judges and mentors.
