On January 10, 2015, the fourth round of the first season of the FIA Formula E Championship was held in the urban area of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. As a co-founder and official timekeeper, the famous Swiss avant-garde precision watch pioneer TAG Heuer is honored to participate in the whole process.
On the occasion of the opening of the first Grand Prix of the new year, TAG Heuer held a special event at Paseo Fangio to pay tribute to the glorious history of motorsport and celebrate the bright future. Brand image ambassador Bruno Senna and relatives of Fangio assisted on the scene. Bruno Senna is the nephew of the famous F1 driver Elton Senna and one of the top drivers of the FIA Formula E Championship today; the Fangio family is a witness to the Argentine racing legend. The two generations of car queen met historically at Paseo Fangio. The electric car shone dazzling light under the sun, and the indelible bond between the generations of racers became clearer and closer.
As an important part of the celebration, TAG Heuer released two new Carrera series watches: the 39mm dial engraved with the iconic brand logo, a typical retro sports style. One is silver-blue color, the blue small seconds dial and the leather strap complement each other, classic and unconventional, it is the perfect choice for outstanding design lovers; the second is a black and silver chronograph with buttons Polished and polished, with chronograph and small seconds at 9 and 3 o’clock, the retro design draws inspiration from the TAG Heuer Carrera black-and-white ‘Panda’ series, which is popular with collectors.
