Watchmaking and racing have many things in common, relying on innovative materials and mechanical engineering. Bell & Ross has been the official watch partner of the Renault Sport F1 team since 2016. The two share values such as performance, excellence and innovation, and work together to take watchmaking to the next level.
At the US Grand Prix on October 22, Carlos Sainz Jr. drove the R.S.17 for the first time and participated in the Formula 1 race. Next, the 23-year-old driver will replace Yorion Palmer for the Renault Sport F1 team. Carlos Jr. can proudly look back at the first show in Austin. In the game, he was calm and impressed. From the wheel to the wrist, Bell & Ross is proud and proud to equip Carlos Sainz Jr with the latest high-performance watch: the BR-X1 R.S.17.
Support for Breast Cancer Alert Month is also a highlight of the Austin event. In addition to the constant pursuit of performance and technology, the Bell & Schwarz F1 team also cares about women and joins this noble cause. During the 2017 F1 US Grand Prix, the entire track was decorated in pink to show support for women’s health. Bell & Schwarz F1 teams also joined the #RaceForTheCure (race for cure) event.
The disease affects millions of women around the world, and Bell & Ross is happy to donate money through Susan Coman Nonprofit. During the Austin race, Bell & Ross also invited women to wear BRS Novarosa watches in honor of the Breast Cancer Warning Month. The name of this watch comes from a rare and spectacular astronomical phenomenon: the explosion of stars.
This is a very special occasion when two powerful teams join forces to work together to raise public awareness of breast cancer.
